Best.Chili.Ever.

That's right, the best.chili.ever. Period. I have never been a big chili person, but this is delicious!!!

For our B Group's Super Bowl party a couple of us are bringing chili and I knew I had to bring "Garrett's Recipe." Garrett is actually a guy I went to high school with who came up with this fantastic recipe and it was passed to my friend's brother, who gave it to my brother, who gave it to mom, who gave it to me. The recipe already has a long standing history and it's not even that old!

So without further ado...The Best Chili Ever Recipe.

2 lbs. of Deer meat [I am sure hamburger beef would work too, we just always use deer. It's healthier :)]
1 onion
2 cans of Rotel Chili Fixins (Sometimes this can be hard to find, so substitute with Rotel Tomatoes and Chile)
2 cans of water (I just use the Rotel cans)
2 small cans of tomato paste
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
2 packs of Chili Seasoning
1/2 cup ketchup

  1. Brown meat and onions together. Drain.
  2. Put meat and onions in chili pot and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook on low for 30 minutes.
THAT'S IT! I guess I forgot to mention it was also SUPER easy. I think what makes this chili so good it the sweetness of the sugar and ketchup. Yum, Yum. I also personally like it because it has no beans.

Whip up a side of corn bread or crumble some Fritos on top to complete the dish!

If this recipe makes me famous, I promise I will give Garrett some of the profit. :)
